This place has the privilege of producing coffee with great success, where most of the coffee plantations are located between 1,000 and 1,400 meters above sea level. The altitude and climatic factors influence the quality of the cup, especially in its acidity and other parameters that stand out in the cupping notes.
The soils of this region have a slight degree of tropical acidity thanks to the richness of volcanic ash. They are extremely fertile, which promotes the optimum development of the coffee plant.
