Which decaffeination method do we use?

Discover our Organic Decaffeinated Coffee Beans, carefully selected and processed using sustainable decaffeination methods. Depending on the harvest, we offer two environmentally friendly options:

CO2 Method: pressurized carbon dioxide is used to extract the caffeine from the coffee beans, maintaining all their characteristics and authentic flavor.

Water Method: The coffee beans are moistened and mixed with water containing an extract of all the components of the coffee without caffeine, preserving its quality and aroma.
