Finca La Puebla: Where the Magic of Coffee is Born in Mexico
Finca La Puebla is located in a gently rolling landscape on the Santa Rita plateau in the state of Puebla in northern Mexico. Since its inception the farm has worked with the Fica concept of sustainable coffee farming and is UTZ certified.
The farm has a size of approximately 1400 hectares at an elevation of 500 - 600 meters above sea level, where it benefits from the special microclimate of the Gulf of Mexico.
"Perlas de Santa Rita" coffee is composed of carefully hand-selected beans with a unique shape and appearance known as "pearl beans" among coffee connoisseurs. Once harvested, the beans are dried in the sun for 1 to 2 days.
All Finca La Puebla coffees are processed and bagged on the farm using double jute fiber to ensure the highest degree of quality control.
