Which decaffeination method do we use?
Discover our Organic Decaffeinated Coffee Beans, carefully selected and processed using sustainable decaffeination methods. Depending on the harvest, we offer two environmentally friendly options:
CO2 Method: pressurized carbon dioxide is used to extract the caffeine from the coffee beans, maintaining all their characteristics and authentic flavor.
Water Method: The coffee beans are moistened and mixed with water containing an extract of all the components of the coffee without caffeine, preserving its quality and aroma.
Both processes guarantee an effective elimination of caffeine without compromising the quality and flavor of the coffee, providing an exceptional and environmentally friendly coffee experience.
