Which decaffeination method do we use?
Discover our Organic Decaffeinated Coffee Beans, carefully selected and processed using sustainable decaffeination methods. Depending on the harvest, we offer two environmentally friendly options:
CO2 Method: Pressurised carbon dioxide is used to extract the caffeine from the coffee beans, maintaining all their characteristics and authentic flavour.
Water method: The coffee beans are moistened and mixed with water containing an extract of all the caffeine-free coffee components, preserving their quality and aroma.
Both processes ensure effective caffeine removal without compromising the quality and taste of the coffee, providing an exceptional and environmentally friendly coffee experience.
