What is Café Geisha?
Café Geisha is one of the most exclusive varieties among coffee lovers worldwide. The environment in which this variety is produced is so special and unique that it has given a coffee with the best qualified qualities in the world. The quality is due to the climate, its volcanic soil, its altitude and the people that work it.
This coffee is grown in other parts of the world but the Geisha of Panama stands out among all the others.
What is its origin?
The Suarez family coffee tradition in the Boquete region began in 1900 with the arrival of Mr. Abdeliat Suadi, born in Bethlehem, Middle East. Upon his arrival in Boquete he was baptized by the locals with the name Domingo Suarez. He married six children who continued with the business planting 70 thousand coffee plants.
Years later, his youngest son, Vidal Suarez, a man of great vision and hard work, continued the business independently. Together with his wife Eira Gutiérrez de Suárez, who in 1948 started a new generation of coffee growers in the area of Salto, Boquete.

TASTING NOTES: Bright citrus acidity, citrus fruits, grapefruit, melon-like sweetness, tangerine, green tea, very slightly floral.
