Finca La Puebla is situated in a gently rolling landscape on the Santa Rita plateau in the state of Puebla in northern Mexico. Since its inception, the farm has worked on the Fica concept of sustainable coffee cultivation and is UTZ certified.
The farm has a size of approximately 1,400 hectares at an elevation of 500 - 600 meters above sea level, where it benefits from a special microclimate of the Gulf of Mexico.
"Perlas de Santa Rita" coffee is made up of carefully hand-selected beans with a unique shape and appearance known as "pearl beans" among coffee experts. Once harvested, the grains are dried in the sun for 1 or 2 days.
All the coffees at Finca La Puebla are processed and bagged on the farm using double jute fiber to ensure a maximum degree of quality control.
Tasting notes: Aroma of dark chocolate with notes of pineapple and orange. Creamy coffee with slight acidity.
